Fees include the proceedings, a reception, free lunches and coffee breaks.


Cancellation of registration

Cancellations have to be made in writing only. In the case of cancellation after 12 April 2017, no refund can be made.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held in the famous “Orangerie“ in Darmstadt. It includes a welcome drink, a 3-course dinner, free beverages, and free bus transport from and to ESOC.

Participation Fee: € 90 (includes bus transport; no reductions apply)
Date & Venue: 20 April 2017 at the “Orangerie”
Departure & Return: 20 April 2017, 18:30 departure and 22:30 return


Technical tour to TECHNOSEUM in Mannheim (one of the largest museums of science and industry in Germany). More information.

Participation Fee: € 35 (includes bus transport; no reductions apply)
Date & Venue: 21 April 2017
Departure & Return: 21 April 2017, 13.00  departure and 18:00 return


Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation, for the purpose of visa applications, can be requested from the Conference Bureau.

Please provide the following information: Family name; First name; Company or organisation name; Address; Phone number; Email address; Requested period of stay (date of arrival and departure); Sex; Date of birth; Place of birth; Nationality; Passport No.; Passport date of issue; Passport date of expiry



Please note: Registration for exhibition closed on 19 January 2017

ESA offers the opportunity for an exhibition booth for interested parties over the entire 4 conference days. The space offered to each exhibitor is limited to approx. 2m x 2m.
The conference lunches will be served in the exhibition room. ESA will provide electricity and a desk. An exhibition layout plan and a short description of each exhibitor will be published in the program booklet.

Exhibitors have to register at the normal rates.

The following exhibition fees apply per booth:

  • 500 EUR for commercial entities   
  • 250 EUR for public/non-commercial entities
